Sharing the house with 4 others, bathroom shared with 2 others. House is spacious, bright and warm. Kitchen has all mod-cons. Looking for someone quiet and clean and generally sound, who is respectful of shared spaces. We are all in our late 20s, working full-time, easygoing and appreciative of a comfortable home environment. Non-smoking house and no pets. Rent is €750 a month and a €750 deposit is required when moving in. Rent does not include bills (wifi, electricity, gas). Bins are free. If previous landlord reference is available, please feel free to share. Room is available to move in from the start of September for 6 months, possibility to stay beyond that TBC.
