Two bed apartment. The photos are from when I moved in there is a bit more furniture now. Large tesco/shops nearby, some restaurants, gym nearby, 5 min drive from Blackrock tower, can walk to Salthill etc. The bedroom and bathroom in the photo would be your own (except guests using bathroom). Sharing with professional male in early thirties. I am looking for someone that is up for a bit of craic/easy going and also respectful / clean. I am into a lot of things incl being active, music, comedy, reading, cooking etc etc Please tell me a bit about yourself and what your plans are. Also please include a whatsapp number. You will need references for landlord. Bins incl in rent but not wifi, heat, elec. My current housemate is moving abroad and the lease is up in July with possibility for extending.
