Spacious Double Room in Friendly, Quiet Home, Knocknacarra Bright and spacious double room available in a comfortable, well kept home in a quiet residential culdesac in Knocknacarra. The bedroom is a generous size with a large built in wardrobe, full length mirror and bedside locker, as well as plenty of space to add a desk if desired. The house has a large, bright kitchen and dining area, separate utility room, comfortable living room with fireplace and Smart TV, high-speed WiFi and plenty of storage throughout. There is a shared main bathroom with both bath and shower, as well as a separate downstairs toilet . The house also has a spacious garden. The house is just off Ballymoneen Road, with a bus stop directly across the road served by the 411 and 412 buses to Eyre Square. Cappagh Park and Salthill are nearby, and Galway city centre is also within easy reach. You would be sharing the house with one other person. I’m a friendly and tidy working professional in my 30s and work from home. Outside work, I love cooking, going for walks, watching films and generally having a relaxed home life. I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat or share the occasional meal or glass of wine, while also really valuing having our own space and independence. I also have my dog Poppy, a small Bichon/Westie cross. She is seven, very friendly, well behaved and loves people, so being comfortable living with a dog is important. If you’re not a dog person, this probably won’t be the right house for you! I’m looking for someone who’s work primarily is on site or on a hybrid basis. I’d love to find someone friendly, considerate and tidy who is looking for somewhere they can genuinely feel at home, while also respecting each other’s space and routines.
