Knockshanawee, Farnanes, Cork, Farran, Co. Cork

Beautiful newly renovated house. Built in 1880 but now insulated and extended with all the modern conveniences. Very large kitchen/diner with American fridge freezer, leading onto a sheltered patio. There is an airy living room with chesterfield couches. All the rooms have barely been lived in since the total renovation and are like new. High speed fibre broadband, parking, bins/recycling, electricity and water all included. The rent covers everything with no extras charges. Couples considered at extra cost. The house is in Farnanes village with a bus connection, but a car is a must as buses are infrequent. The village has diesel pumps, a pub, a steak house and a 24 hour Garda station. It’s in an ideal location for people who need to be in Ballincollig, Cork City, Bandon and Macroom. The house is a very peaceful, non-smoking house. No parties, loud music or noise. 10 minutes to Ballincollig, 15 minutes to Macroom, 20 minutes to CUH and 25 minutes to Cork City centre
