This modern house has 5 double bedrooms, a large kitchen, a large sitting room and 2 offices The room: Double room in a big 5 bed house in Churchtown. House is less than 1 min walk from the 14 bus line into town. Large kitchen, living room and garden. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Parking in drive/on street outside house is free. Rent is 740/month, and an additional 100 for bills (includes everything). The housemates: We are 4 Irish guys aged 24-29. We enjoy hanging out together whether it's going for pints, lunch/coffee or even just watching TV. Very laid back and easy going. What we're looking for: Looking someone easy going, clean and easy to live with.
