Hey there, We have 1 single room available in our house share:) You'll be sharing with 3 women between mid 20s to mid 30s, working full time. Not a party house but we are keen to keep a chilled and friendly atmosphere. Bills are: Monthly rent, Gas/Electricity(€20-50 monthly pp) Bins(€5 monthly pp) TV/Internet(€13.75 monthly pp) Deposit + contract fee is 800euro We follow some standard house rules regarding the cleaning rota, quiet times etc. We prefer no smoking The house is managed by an agency and requires a reference, copy of ID and reference letter from last landlord including contact details, ppsn If this suits then please send us an email:) We won't be able to reply to everyone unfortunately but thank you for your interest and time!
