Large double room available in a 3-bedroom owner-occupied house in Tuam. The room is fully furnished and suitable for one or two persons. The double bed can be replaced with two single beds if preferred. Internet, heating and waste collection are included in the price. Electricity is not included and is shared between the occupants, approximately 50€ per month per person. The house has a shared kitchen and common areas, with one shared bathroom/toilet. Parking is available. There is also a dog and a cat living in the house, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with pets. Convenient location in Tuam, close to the town centre, shops and local amenities. We are looking for clean, respectful and responsible tenant(s) who would like a comfortable and friendly place to live.
