Double room for rent, available for minimum 1 month, maximum 3 months. This is a comfortable 3-bed semi-detached home in a small, quiet estate. The bedroom is comfortable, warm, and very clean with beautiful views of the Irish countryside. It comprises a double bed, a bedside locker, and some storage. Pillows and bedding invluded. The bathroom is bright and modern with a bath/shower, a sink, and a toilet. While it is listed as a shared bathroom, the bathroom is basically private. I may only wish (rarely, with notice) to use the bath, as my own bathroom only has a shower. The kitchen has all modern conveniences, including an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and everything you need to cook. There is also free on-street parking if you wish to park a vehicle. There is a good, strong WiFi connection. The house has a soft water filter that filters the water throughout the house (which has amazing health benefits!) and a filtered water tap in the kitchen, for drinking. Cleanliness and personal hygiene are an absolute must!
