Leeson Close, Dublin 2

This is a 4-people shared house in Dublin 02. Currently, two tenants are staying in the house, and two others are moving out. The house has a great location close to city centre. It's 5mins from St Stephen Greens, 5mins from the Grand Canal, plenty of bus stops next to the house in Leeson Street Lower. Located in a quiet street despite the central location. The house is dispatched on two floors, there are nice shared living spaces including a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a little backyard to enjoy the nice days. There are two rooms available, of equal size, on opposite sides on the first floor of the house. Both of them have a has a king size bed, a nice desk and a wardrobe. The current tenants are 2 young people in their late 20s. The vibe in the house is very relaxed and very friendly. We mind personal spaces, but also like to share a chat or go out for a pint. We are looking for a man and a girl for a good match for the house. One of the rooms will be available on the 7th of July. The other one will be available between July and August. The rent for both of the rooms is €815, bills are not included in the rent.
