Leeson Street, Dublin 2

Large double room available from late October / early November (semi-flexible). Sharing the bathroom with 1 other person. The building is a classic Georgian style so it has lovely high ceilings, big sash windows and a spacious kitchen and living room. The room and living spaces are almost fully furnished too. A bit about us: We're two gals 30 and 26, who both work hybrid (3+ days in office). We're laid back, social and value cleanliness and tidiness, without being over the top. We are hoping to find someone with a similiar schedule! Ideally, you are a non-smoker, respectful, and just generally sound :) There's no parking space included but you can apply for one if needed but neither of us have a car. Just to say as well, we do enjoy the odd wine and cheese night together and occassionally go out for pints! However, not a party house.
