One double room available in a 4 bedroom house, sharing with 3 other Irish girls in our 30s. The room is €584 per month, includes bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside locker. Note the white drawers in the picture are not included. The room is available from the 6th Feb 2026. The house has 2 bathrooms, (1 bathroom is for 1 of the rooms at the end of the corridor so you would be sharing the other bathroom with between 3), a large living room, a large separate kitchen, and a front and back garden. Wifi and cable TV and dryer. Bills vary each month, but would average 70e. We are all easy going working professionals. Week days are more chilled and everyone doing their own thing. Weekends tend to be more social. There is only one parking permit with the house and it is in use. Previously people have rented car spaces on areas nearby or have found streets where there is free parking.
