Large, bright double bedroom available in owner-occupied house. (Three bedroom, red brick Victorian terraced house). I'm looking for friendly, respectful, and easy-going lodger, not a couple. The room comes with plenty of storage, a desk, a double bed, and a corner sofa. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathroom upstairs is shared with me. There is also an additional toilet downstairs. All bills are included in the rent (gas, electricity, broadband, and waste collection). I have a quiet and friendly cat named Sebastian. The house is situated on a quiet street in the heart of Phibsborough village, within walking distance of the city centre. It is close to the Botanic Gardens, Royal Canal, TU Dublin (Grangegorman campus), Mater Hospital, Phoenix Park, numerous bus routes, and the LUAS Green Line. You'll also find plenty of amenities nearby, including shops (Tesco), pubs (McGowans, The Back Page, The Bernard Shaw), coffee shops (Bang Bang), restaurants, and takeaways (McDonald's, Eddie Rockets, Chinese, Thai, etc.).
