Bright double room available in newly renovated home in Dublin 7. Hi everyone! I am looking for a new housemate to join my home in the heart of Dublin 7 (available ASAP). The room: - Bright, quiet and comfortable. - Brand new double bed with storage, double mattress, duvet and bedding (the bed has never been slept in). - Large wardrobe. - Freshly painted with restored original wood flooring. - Window overlooking back garden. The house: - 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. - Separate sitting room and kitchen. - Newly renovated - brand new bathroom (new toilet/shower/tiles/cabinets), restored original wooden flooring, new carpets, new doors, freshly painted, new tiling, new blinds, new appliances (toaster/kettle etc.) and brand new oven. - Side entrance with large back garden and large shed for extra storage. - Safe residential street - there is also a house alarm and Ring doorbell. - Parking available on street with permit (I don't have a car so the space is available if needed once a permit is obtained). Rent - €1050 per month, which includes all bills (electricity, gas, wifi, bins, Netflix / Sky Glass subscription on TV). - €1000 deposit also required. Term - Originally a 6-month term, with the option to extend. - Owner-occupied however there will be a Licence Agreement in place with fair notice periods for both parties! About me: - I'm a 31 year old, working professional who grew up in Dublin 7. - I work in the Grand Canal Dock area and go into the office 3-4 times a week. - I'm easy going, social and love to go to reformer pilates classes, for coffee and brunches with friends, and to try different bars and restaurants around Dublin. - I bought the house last September, after spending 2 years in London. - I have previously rented myself in Dublin and London. About you: - Easy-going, non-smoker, clean. - As the house has been completely renovated and the features are brand new, it is really important that you are tidy and considerate of the space. - I'm usually busy with work so ideally we could keep the house calm, respectful and relaxed during the week. - I have always become friends with my housemates over the years, so looking for someone will enjoy socialising in the house together and creating a homely, communal environment (while also being respectful of each-other's space).
