Spacious house, over three floors including two living rooms, one on the ground floor, one on the first floor. Two minutes walk to town. Bills are divided equally between the four tenants as they fall due (electricity, gas, internet, bin collection, tv licence). Sharing main bathroom with one other. Deposit of one month's rent required. The house is fairly relaxed and easy going, and we are all working, in our 30's. New tenant will be sharing with three girls.
