Letterfrack, Galway, Moyard, Co. Galway

This is a double room in a lovely, quirky old cottage near the sea in Connemara. The house is five minutes' drive from Letterfrack and fifteen minutes from Clifden. There are buses both ways, and the bus stop is about 150 metres from the house, but it is a lot easier to get about if you have a car. You'd be sharing with myself. I'm a writer, and looking for a lodger who is quiet like I am. You'd need to be someone who would be happy without WiFi and would not need to be using your mobile phone in the house. Internet is provided via a cable like in the olden days, and there is a landline phone. I'm happy to answer questions about this as I know it's an unusual arrangement in present times. There's a nice living room and a cosy kitchen, both with a stove. There's a utility room with a washer and a tumble dryer. There's a nice big garden for sitting out, with benches and chairs around the place, and if you wanted to help with gardening that would be welcomed. The lanes around the house are lovely for walking, and we're about 200 metres from the sea but without direct access to it. As for bills, most are included in the rent - water, gas, bin collection, internet. Electric would likely be around 30 a week depending on usage. I have a cat who is antisocial so I cant invite other pets in. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
