Coombe, St James's and new National Children's hospitals, Guinness Storehouse, Phoenix Park all short walking distance. Room is upstairs at back, with fully-tiled, spotless bathroom adjacent. You will have use of sunny and flowery back garden, kitchen and cosy living room, central heating, Stove fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer. Price includes all bills -- TV, gas, electricity, Local Property Tax, fast wifi, black, green and brown bin collections. You will be sharing with one person, currently owner-occupied.
