Hi there, We are two female professional looking for a new housemate to share our lovely home. We enjoy swimming in the sea, chill nights in and good food :) We have a double ensuite room available to rent from the 7th of October. We are looking for a non-smoker, non-vaper. The House location is central and close to all amenities. Walking distance to public transportation - Dun Laoghaire Dart Station - Dublin bus route 4, 7, 7A, E2, E1, L25, S8 We equally share bills, household responsibilities and a cleaning rota. Having lived together for the past few years, we have created a warm home and we are looking for someone who shares similar interests.
