🏡 Flatmate Wanted – Modern En-suite Room in Dublin 4 🗓️ Available from 1 November or 1 December 📍 Location: Irish Town, Dublin 4 💶 Rent: €1,600 per month + bills 💡 Bills: Electricity and gas split equally (approximately €80 per person/month) Hi! I’m David, 27, originally from Germany, and I’ll be moving to Dublin in November to start a new job in tech sales. We would be moving into the apartment at the same time, giving us the opportunity to make it our own and decorate it together. I’m looking for a friendly, clean, and considerate flatmate to share this modern apartment with. A little about me: I’m really into sports and staying active. Whether it’s playing padel, going for a run, cycling, swimming, boxing or watching a Champions League match, I’m always up for something sporty. I also love cooking, discovering the best coffee in town, and occasionally unwinding in the sauna or going for a long walk by the sea. Who I’m looking for: Ideally, another who: - Is clean, tidy and respectful - Appreciates a relaxed, friendly and peaceful home - Is considerate of shared spaces and each other’s privacy - Enjoys socialising but isn’t looking for a party flat 🛏️ The apartment: - Bright, modern en-suite bedroom with plenty of natural light - Fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc.) apartment - Private balcony 🏢 Building amenities: - Gym - Concierge service - Residents’ lounge - Modern co-working spaces - Cinema room - Rooftop gardens If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to send me a message with a short introduction about yourself and when you’re looking to move in. Happy to share more details!
