Ideally located close to Beacon Quarter, and only a short stroll to LUAS Green Line Kilmacud Stop. The Host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (1 weeks rent) All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) The rate for the room is €160 per week and this is paid every 4 weeks in advance. The room would be available for minimum up 6 months. (there is a possibility to extend further) Please email to check availability.
