The Apartment: Linden square apartments This is a 2 bedroom apartment between Blackrock and Stillorgan, 10 min away from Stillorgan village and 20 min walk away from BlackRock village centre. We have all amenities:-Boiler, closets, all furniture, washer and dryer, dishwasher, TV etc. Some of the furniture was provided by landlord and some personal collected over the years . Rent will be split 2 ways and so will utilities - which include electricity & Wi-Fi. Sadly - not pet friendly. Buses run through N11. Dart is 20 min walk away. Room is spacious, Bathroom is spacious as well with a bathtub (outside the room). Your Potential Roommate 20s Female, working professional. Works in city and takes a bus in to town for work (very convenient as all buses go into the city). Works from home sometimes. Spends weekends hanging with friends or relaxing at home.
