Heuston station is about 20 mins walk and the number 24 bus (Merrion square to Airport) is outside the door. The house is small but bright and comfortable and also has a south facing garden with good privacy. Bills are extra and all are paid monthly (bins, internet, gas & electric) Work from home is possible. A parking space is not included but on street parking is available and you can get a permit from Dublin City Council. You will be sharing with just one other person (36 male, civil servant from the West of Ireland, occasional work from home). It is not suitable for short term/students.
