The house is old but clean, quiet and well-equipped. 10 minutes walk to the city and 10 minutes to UCC or Tyndal. Bus 114 stops outside goes to the city centre. For quiet tenants only, not a party house. Only electricity to pay. Each tenant pays €5/month for the cleaner. Tenants must clean the kitchen immediately after use and be quiet between 12 and 7am. Be sure you are comfortable with this before contacting. The room can only be reserved by payment of deposit (4 weeks' rent). When the deposit is paid, the room is yours. Contact through DAFT only.
