Ideally situated close to INTEL, with a company feeder bus passing by the front of the property. The successful candidate would ideally own their own car as the house is located on a rural road. All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) You do not have to pay any security deposit. The rate for the room is €160 per week (5 nights) / €190 per week (7 nights) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance. The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
