Room: Large bright double room with fitted wardrobes. King size bed and Emma mattress. Available for 6+ months. House: 2 bed terraced house in the Liberties, with sunny south facing rear garden! Lovely quiet street where I have loved for a few years and with nice neighbours. Located between Coombe and James Hospital (5 mins walk to both) Transport: On street parking is available and unreserved. 5 mins to red Luas line (Fatima) and on bus route to town (27, 56a, 74, 77a, 151). 25 minutes walk to temple bar or Stephen's green. Amenities: Shared bathroom, sitting room, and kitchen. Electric shower, fridge freezer, washing machine and hob are all brand new. There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Me: I'm a female in 30s with an office job and work hybrid. I have friends and hobbies so wont be hanging around the house the whole time. Hoping to share with someone who is clean and respectful of shared space and possessions. Bills: Internet and bins included in rent. Electric and Gas to be shared (total bill before sharing is rarely more than €150 per month). Deposit payable.
