The semi-detached house is spread over 2 levels and the common areas (1 large kitchen with dining corner, laundry room, toilet services) are shared among the guests. All rooms are equipped with beds, wardrobes, desks and accessories. Applications are received only by email and references are requested. This is strictly no smoking, no parties and no overnight guest property.  Bills & utilities contribution is 30 euro/week per person. A security deposit is required at the time of booking.
