Hello, Bright room with a double bed, plenty of storage and dresser table available. The room was recently repainted. Place is right off the busy Lower Rathmines Road, not far from the canal, before the Blackbird, but we are separated from any noise by the wall and beautiful all year green cypresses. The home itself is a duplex, quite spacious and bright, with fireplace in the living room, and the balcony full of plants, getting lots of sun. New windows and heaters just got fitted in. No TV. Bathroom has a tub with an electric shower. There is a bike shed. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, gyms, pool, bus and luas stops are within a few minutes walk. Bills are for electricity and broadband only. It is a place for a quiet and CLEAN, non-smoking person. It gets quite dusty very quickly, so if you don't care about keeping your surroundings clean on a regular basis, please don't apply. About me: I am in my late thirties, working full time (office/home mix). I go out to gigs and festivals but keep the house neat and quiet. Available to move on 20th of June.
