The house has fibre broadband, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, oven & washing machine. It is a 1km walk to public transport with a morning bus travelling direct to NUIG and ATU, a 5 minute drive to Oughterard, 15 minutes to Moycullen and 25 mins to University of Galway & University Hospital Galway outside of peak times. There is ample off-road parking and a storage area for bikes. Available from 1st Sept. ’26 to end of May ’27 (5 nights per week, Sunday night to Friday morning only). €550 per month, inclusive of all bills, payable monthly. Please note this house is owner-occupied & the room is not available for use on Friday or Saturday nights.
