Bus stop for Limerick city is beside the house. There is also an enclosed garden space out the back with a fire pit and seating, solid fuel stove in the sitting room and lake views from the bedroom. The house is very warm and cosy with all mod cons and plenty of space for tenants to share. The house is not owner occupied and is a very open, friendly and relaxed place to live with friendly neighbours and a good surrounding community in Killaloe/Ballina.
