Single room €700 p/m available in LGBTQ+ friendly apartment We have a single bedroom available in a three-bed spacious apartment, ideally moving in before September. The room has a single bed, with space for a wardrobe and desk. There is extra storage in the apartment, including a utility room, and you would share the main bathroom with one other housemate. The apartment itself is a duplex and includes a balcony. We are 1 minute from a 24hr 15 bus route and 5 minutes from Clongriffin DART station - 20 minutes journey into the city centre! We are also close to the M50, shopping centres and Father Collins Park. Deposit is €700. Bills are not included. Long-term tenants are preferred. You would be sharing the apartment with two women in our late 20s, both working hybrid. The vibe is pretty relaxed - playing music, random crafts, hosting friends, hanging out with each other, or enjoying our own privacy and space. We do like to keep things clean, tidy and feeling like a home though, so ideally whoever takes the room has a similar mindset! Please contact us and include a bit about yourself!
