Double room available in a comfortable owner-occupied home in Knocknacarra from September 6th. The house is quiet, clean and well maintained, with a shared kitchen, sitting room and bathroom. The bathroom is shared with one other person. I'm looking for a clean, tidy and considerate person who would suit a relaxed house-share. Someone who is happy to have a chat and share the communal spaces, while also having their own routine and independence. The room is available full-time, although I would also consider someone who is mainly in Galway during the week and regularly goes home at weekends. €700 per month + bills Bills are approximately €100–€120 per month, depending on usage. One month's deposit required. Knocknacarra location, with good access to Galway city and local amenities.
