Dunnes Stores and Texaco petrol station are within minutes of walking for urgent or quick shopping. Also within walking distance to Blackrock and Stillorgan, Supermarkets Tesco, Supervalu and Lidl are close by. There's a variety of bus stations that connect with City Centre, DunDrum and Dun Laoghaire. Within 20 minutes walking distance of the DART at Blackrock, and Salthill-Monkstown. Bills: Waste, Internet, TV and other fixed bills are included in the rent and Gas and Electricity bills are shared equally with the owner.
