Also within walking distance to Blackrock and Stillorgan, Supermarkets Tesco, Supervalu and Lidl are close by. There's a variety of bus stations that connect with City Centre, DunDrum and Dun Laoghaire. Within 20 minutes walking distance of the DART at Blackrock, and Salthill-Monkstown. Bills: Waste, Internet, TV and other fixed bills are included in the rent and Gas and Electricity bills are shared equally with the owner.
