I am a female in my early 30's, I have lived here since the apartments opened & love it. I work from the office 4+ days per week, love cooking & outdoor sports. Previous roommate who has also lived here since it opened has bought a place hence why this is now available for one roommate. Rent includes internet, electricity is extra.
