Hi there, I’m looking for someone to share my apartment in Marietta Woods. I’ve been here for 2.5 years and absolutely love it - its a great place to live! The Apartment & Building: The apartment is newly built & very modern, its nestled amongst the woodlands so is a really quiet complex. There is a big living area, comfy couch & great kitchen for cooking/ hosting. The room itself is a double with built in wardrobes and you’ll also have your own en-suite too. The building also has the following: - On-site Gym - Co-working Space - Social Events: They host resident events like yoga, wine tastings, and cooking classes etc where you can meet other neighbours and are great fun - Outdoor space - there’s a shared BBQ area - Indoor secure locked bike storage - Concierge operated 6 days a week The Location: The complex is located right between Dalkey and Sandycove, so all the best cafés and restaurants are within walking distance. It’s a 5-minute walk to the DART, and only a short walk to the 40ft if you like swimming & DL Pier is closeby for a nice walk/run. A bit about me: I’m a female in my early 30s, active, and working from the office 3+ days a week. My previous roommate has also lived here since it opened has bought a place hence why this is now available for one roommate. I’m looking for someone tidy and easy-going to keep the place feeling like a home. The Details: Rent: €1440 per month (this includes high-speed internet, bins etc). Bills: Electricity is the only extra, which we’ll split 50/50. Available: mid April
