A really special place to live - light filled, upper storey apartment, overlooking the sea. The apartment is my main residence and I am looking for a housemate Monday to Friday only. The new housemate will have a bright and spacious furnished double bedroom with ample storage and a view of the harbour. As well as a private bathroom with bath. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are shared. Suited to a person who enjoys a high-end, peaceful base during the working week. Someone who is kind, clean, tidy and supports a calm and nurturing space. I have a dog so the person needs to be a dog lover who is comfortable in a pet friendly home. Rent: €800 per month (Monday morning to Friday morning rental only) Deposit: €800 Term: six months with possible extension by mutual agreement There is a monthly contribution of €100 for electricity, heating/hot water, broadband and normal household consumables. A cleaner comes approximately once every two weeks. The cost of the cleaner is shared proportionally between both occupants and is payable separately according to the actual cost. Term: six months with possible extension by mutual agreement Non-smoker - Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment building. Parties and overnight guests are not permitted. There is no dedicated parking space included, but amble public parking is available in the surrounding area. Marina Village is beside the harbour and within walking distance of Greystones town centre and DART station. There is a direct DART connection to Dublin city centre. The tenant/housemate should bring their own: mattress topper, bed linen, duvet, pillows and towels.
