Marino, Dublin 3 – Single Room available 16 May, €750 plus bills. A single room is available in Marino, Dublin 3, starting from the 16th of May. You would be sharing the house with two of us (three people in total). We are both 29 years old—Irish and Polish—working in education and “corporate”. We each have our own bedroom and are now looking for someone to fill the third room. The room is furnished with a single bed, a bedside table, and a wardrobe. It’s a terraced house in a peaceful area with a small back patio and a front driveway. The layout includes three bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room, and a bathroom with a shower. We also have a small living room that we mostly use for bike storage and drying laundry. For appliances, we have a tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker/oven, microwave, and a fridge with a small freezer. On our current lease, you will be replacing our long-term housemate who is moving out. Then we will be signing a new one-year contract starting from the 6th of August 2026. Bills for gas, electricity, bins, and broadband are split evenly by three. The same goes for basic shared household supplies that we buy together, such as cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels etc. We maintain the house in good condition and clean the common areas regularly. Current rent is €750/month plus utilities. Average monthly costs per person: €15 for broadband (if the current contract is retained), roughly €80 for gas/electricity (usage dependent), and a €20 bin top-up every few months. When signing the lease, the landlord requires payment of half of May's rent plus a €750 security deposit. You will also need to provide written references (including a phone number) and other relevant details prior to signing. We may adjust the move-in date slightly.
