You’ll be sharing with friendly, respectful housemates who enjoy a calm, clean home. Bills are included with average gas/electricity use. Located in quiet Kiltipper, Dublin 24 – a short walk to The Square, shops, gyms, cinemas, and close to Dublin Mountain walks. Excellent public transport: bus terminus 2 minutes away (82 route to city centre), also 10 minutes walk to the F1 and 65B bus stop and nearby LUAS Red Line. Convenient for Tallaght Hospital and TU Dublin Tallaght Campus. We’re a friendly couple in our 30s (Irish/Brazilian), both teachers, active, laid-back, and respectful of shared spaces.
