Two bright double rooms available in a comfortable, owner-occupied home in Maryborough Woods, Douglas. Both rooms are furnished with a bed, mattress and wardrobe. The two rooms share an upstairs bathroom, and there is also an additional toilet and sink downstairs. The larger double room is €750 per month and the smaller double is €650 per month. Bills will be split evenly between the three of us and are expected to work out at approximately €60 per person per month. You'll be sharing with me — I'm a professional woman in my early 30s and I'm easy-going, friendly, clean and tidy. I'm hoping to find housemates at a similar stage of life who are friendly, considerate and reliable. I'd love the house to have a relaxed and sociable atmosphere, where we can have a chat in the kitchen or occasionally have a drink or dinner together. The house is in a quiet, safe residential area, with parking available. The 216 bus stop is just around the corner, with easy access to Douglas and Cork city.
