Lovely double room available for rent in a large house. A Cleaner and all bills are included in the rent. Sharing with 2 professionals in a beautiful large house with a big garden just outside Cloyne village. 30 minutes drive to cork city. 10 minute drive to Midleton. Regular deep cleans of the common areas every other week by a cleaner is included in the rent. Great commuting location. Its a quiet house. Currently two male professionals living here. There is a Large bathroom and kitchen. I have my own separate apartment in the upstairs of the house. Looking for a clean, tidy and respectful person to join our friendly house. I also have a dog who is extremely friendly, but does not stay in the house. Thanks, Garry
