A clean and bright double, downstairs bedroom is available in a spacious, newly-renovated, owner-occupied home in Ringsend, Dublin 4 City Centre. The room comprises a built-in wardrobe double bed and bedside locker with lamp, desk and desk chair. The room is adjacent to a shared modern shower room with a rain shower showerhead in the walk-in shower. Bed linens and additional under-bed storage is provided. The House This four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 200 square metre house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Ringsend Park which offers tennis and basketball courts and adjacent to Irishtown Stadium which has a gym and the largest running track in Ireland. We completed a full renovation on the house in December 2022 and it is very well appointed with all modern conveniences including a washing machine and dryer, kitchen with double ovens and microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and two fridge/freezers - one of which is available for the renters in the house and the other is used by the homeowners. The House Occupants The house is owned by a professional lady (who works from home) and her 13-year-old daughter. There is one additional female professional renting an upstairs room in the house as well. While this home is new to us, we have been renting rooms in our previous house since 2010 and have enjoyed making new friends with the people we’ve had living in our home over the years. Location & Access Free on-street parking is available. The house is close to shopping facilities, restaurants/cafes and just a 10-15 minute walk to both Lansdowne Road DART Station or the Grand Canal Docks DART station. It is a 15-20 minute walk to Trinity College and 20-25 minutes to Stephen’s Green / Grafton Street or a 15-minute cycle to UCD. The house is very convenient to the Silicon Docks and large companies in the area including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Accenture etc. There is access to buses to the city centre within a short walk (Ringsend Road Stop 395 which is a spine spot meaning it has frequent timetabled bus services for S2, C1, C2, C3 and C4 as well as other buses), LUAS from 3 arena is a 5-minute walk and Connolly station is a 20 minute walk from the house. Library, Tesco, Ringsend Park, Irishtown Stadium, Aviva Stadium, Bord Gais Theatre, Grand Canal Docks and other amenities are all close by and in walking distance. You can also enjoy a short walk to reach Sandymount Strand Beach in 10 minutes. City bike rental via Dublin Bikes or Bleeper Bikes are also available nearby. Rent Rent is 1100 Euro per month including bills and high-speed internet (food is not included). A 600 euro deposit plus first month’s rent is required in advance. References also required. You must be clean and tidy and a non-smoker, individual full-time student or full-time working professional. Would best suit someone who is working / studying outside the home the majority of weekdays.
