Short term lodging, available until 31st August 2026 only. Ideal for Summer visitors to Dublin, Trinity or DCU students due to proximity. Would also suit two friends as there are two available rooms. Lovely quiet, clean house in secure neighbourhood, close to City Centre (4km), Eastpoint Business Park (2km), 5 minute walk to bus, 15 minute walk to DART and close to St. Anne's Park, seafront walkway and supermarket (Killester). Own bathroom. The living room, kitchen (and all utensils), patio and attractive garden are shared with the owner. Linen and towels are provided if required. Each bedroom is suitable for only. All expenses (electricity, waste removal and wifi) are included. Deposit (refundable) of €400 to be paid to reserve room. The first month's rent is then due prior to moving in. This is a private house with a friendly tranquil environment and as such, no guests are permitted either day or night. Please provide detailed information with application. References required.
