Bright Double Room (Mid-Week / Sunday evening–Friday afternoon). 10 Min Walk to Athy Station. 10 Min Walk to Athy village that has Lidl, Aldi, supervalu and many cafes and shops. Spacious, comfortable double bedroom available in a modern, new-build two-bedroom home in Athy. You will have primary use of the main bathroom, with occasional family access (two nights a week for 30min bath for child). There is also full access to kitchen and there is a large garden out the back. There is a parking out the front of the house. High-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, and bin charges are all included in the fixed monthly fee of €650, with a €650 deposit required upfront. The property is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from Athy Train Station, offering direct Irish Rail links to Dublin Heuston, Carlow, and Kilkenny, along with easy driving access to the M9 motorway. The room is available from Sunday evening through Friday afternoon, though occasional weekend stays can be arranged by prior agreement for an additional charge. You will be sharing the house with a friendly, easy-going live-in owner and a young child. We also have dogs (friendly) staying with us on occasion, so you must be comfortable around pets. We are seeking a clean, respectful, non-smoking female occupant, and references will be required.
