Room to rent in house shared with owners in a very quiet neighbourhood that is 20 minutes into the centre of town. We are young professionals with a small (and very friendly) dog, therefore you must be very comfortable being around dogs. The room for rent is a good-sized double and will be offered fully furnished (with built in wardrobes, a desk and a chest of drawers). The bathroom is shared with the owners, therefore it is imperative that you are a clean and tidy individual. A Monday-Friday let would also be considered (and rent adjusted accordingly).
