Sharing with owner. **MIGHT BE OPEN TO SHORTER STAYS*** utilities are included in the room rate, including heat, electricity, water and free WIFI. The shared spaces have recently been renovated to an extremely high standard, this includes a double size walk in shower, with high pressure shower, lovely sitting room and modern kitchen dining area. A sunny, and private back garden. Smoking is not possible in the house but it is no problem smoking in the garden. On street parking available. TRANSPORT: Buses which are available beside the house include 14, S4, 15b, 16, 49, 65, (all go to city centre) S4 (goes to UCD).
