Spacious and comfortable double room, with nearly new bed and high-quality IKEA mattress, in a house located in quiet and leafy cul de sac less than 5 minutes walk from the Newtown Inn, Pharmacy and Spar, and various bus stops. Also, very close to both and Maynooth train station (5-10 minute walk) and main street (10 minute walk). You would be sharing with an Irish male who works as a university lecturer in Dublin and commutes there most days. This room would ideally suit someone prepared to clean up after themselves etc. :) All bills to be split equally between you and the other housemate (i.e. electricity, bins, broadband and heating which is generally quite low in comparison to previous places I've lived because the house has been externally insulated) If you think that this place might suit you, please get in touch and tell me a bit about yourself.
