Hi! We have a bright and comfortable room available in a modern, recently renovated apartment in the heart of The Liberties, Dublin 8 — just a short walk to Dublin 2 and the city centre. The apartment is fully furnished and finished to a high standard, with a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), washing machine and smart infrared heating. It’s a two-bedroom apartment shared with one friendly, easy-going working professional, so it’s a quiet and respectful home with minimal sharing. The room is cosy and well laid out, with a double bed, built-in storage and good natural light. It would suit someone who enjoys city living but also values a calm and tidy home environment. We’re looking for someone clean, considerate and comfortable sharing a space where everyone respects each other’s downtime. The apartment is not a party flat, it’s a relaxed and peaceful place to come home to after work. The location is excellent, with cafés, restaurants, shops and gyms all within walking distance, as well as close proximity to the Guinness Storehouse, St. James’s Hospital and Dublin city centre.
