Hi there, A single/double room (the 3 rooms in the house are more or less the same size) will become vacant. The place is ideal for someone nice and tidy, who keeps everything clean and is respectful of others. We tend to follow a "no traces left" rule regarding the common areas. The room is large and has good storage space. We are also quite quiet in the house; we work and study, so a party animal might not be that welcome. Also, in terms of location, the apartment is literally a 3 minutes walk to Sydney Parade DART Station. Tesco Merion just across the road. Embassies from all over the world all around. Spanish Embassy just in front of the Building. Meta Building just a few minutes walk. Buses stop just at the front door. Really well connected. And St Vincent’s hospital also at a throw of a stone.
