You will be living just a short walk from local cafés, shops, and parks, with excellent public transport links providing easy access to the city centre and other Dublin neighbourhoods. You will be sharing the apartment with a friendly, young professional from Scotland in his late 20s. The room is available from 1st of April. Rent is €1,250, with minimal additional bills (internet and electricity only). The tenant will be required to provide the usual documents, as well as a reference from a previous landlord.
