Cosy room with double bed to rent in nice, warm, extra clean and quiet apartment on Mill Park in the centre of Clondalkin village. The place will be shared with 1 male around his 40's only - there will be 2 people in the apartment all together. Looking for , either male or female (preferably), who knows how to keep the apartment extra clean. The place needs to stay relatively quiet - there is no parties, no drugs or alcohol on a daily routine. Smoking cigarettes is ok on the balcony. Only for well organised people. Costs are 850 EUR monthly + bills shared equally for 2 - broadband each month and gas + electricity every 2 months. Deposit and work references are required. Available since 15th of March.
