There is a beautiful big south facing garden to the rear of the house, which gets the sun all day long. The house is also just a stones throw from the great amenity that is the Pheonix Park. Available to move in on the 17th of September or earlier if needed. Long or short-term lease available. 500 euro deposit. I have 2 cats, so I'm looking for a cat friendly person. The house is a 25-minute walk to the city centre. 7 minutes walk to Broombridge train and Luas Station. 15-minute walk to Grangegorman campus. 15-minute walk to Phoenix Park.
