A comfortable double room is available in a warm A2-rated 3-bedroom home shared with two female working professionals in their mid to late 30s. We are lucky to have a home that is welcoming, relaxed, and easy to live in. While we are both busy people and always on the go, we enjoy a cuppa and a chat, the occasional house night out, and generally looking out for one another. We're hoping to find someone who is looking for the same kind of atmosphere rather than simply a room to rent. The house is located in a quiet residential area with excellent access to the North Ring Road, St Luke's, Cork City Centre, the Mallow Road and surrounding areas, making it ideal for commuting. We're a clean, considerate, and easy-going household and value those qualities in the people we live with. Everyone contributes to keeping the house tidy, clean and well-maintained, and we're looking for someone who is happy to do the same. The house is friendly and warm but peaceful. The home is owner-occupied, but the owner has spent many years renting themselves and understands both the practicalities and importance of feeling comfortable and respected where you live. The available room would best suit someone at a similar stage of life, ideally mid to late 30s. The room and shared spaces are relatively compact, and while there is a kitchen table that can be used occasionally, there is no dedicated desk or home office space available.
